Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
Products may ship and arrive separately depending on the variety of items as certain items ship from separate facilities. Fulfillment time (processing of orders, packing, and sending out for shipment) typically takes 2 to 3 business days, while shipping time is estimated at 3 to 5 business days. We currently do not offer any expedited shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
SonoGiggles accepts returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or misprinted at no cost to the customer. Customers have a 7-day return period from the day the item was delivered to request a return. Any requests outside the return period will not be honored. Currently we do not offer exchanges for items purchased by mistake or purchased in the wrong size or sent to the wrong address. Please refer to the sizing chart that we provide for each garment type prior to making purchases. Items that are not defective or misprinted can also be returned, however customers are responsible for return costs. Items must be returned in its original, brand-new condition. Any item that does not meet this criteria (soiled, stretched, used, scratched, etc.) will not qualify for a return.
To request a return, simply email us at sonogiggles@gmail.com. We ask that you provide a picture of any defective or misprinted item to be returned. We will email you return instructions after reviewing your request. Items that are not defective or misprinted shall be returned at the customer’s expense. We accept returns through UPS, USPS, or FedEx only. Tracking numbers are required to ensure the refund of the item. Any items lost or undelivered without a tracking number will not qualify for a refund. Items sent to the wrong return address does not qualify for a refund.
